These are the instructions for posting your loved ones ashes to be made into cremation jewellery. 

Please follow them them precisely to ensure we receive them safely. 

• Once your order is placed an inclusions collections kit will be sent to your address provided with a ring sizer.

•  Place the ashes into a sealed bag provided in our collections kit. approximately 1 teaspoon quantity will be plenty. 

•  Any ashes not used to create your piece will be sent back with the finished piece. 
  

• If you are sending separate ashes place them in their own sealed bags labelled (example - “Mum” and “Dad”) with each full names on each sealed bag. These will be provided when ordering from Remember me in jewellery.

• Place the sealed bag inside another larger bag to ensure they don’t open in transit.

•  Add your order number then place into the  larger bubble envelope provided.

• Consent & Documentation
  We require written consent from the person/family providing cremation ashes.

• Please complete and sign the consent form with your order.
